and reporting system which provides the user with a flexible tool for customer service. Each process
within the module has been designed to simplify operations. A single function, for example, can be
used to enter an order, allocate items to a shipment, assign a freight carrier, and produce a bill of
lading. Another function can post a shipment, generate shipping instructions, compute taxes, interpret
payment terms, and signal that an invoice should be printed. Thus, from order entry and allocation of
inventory through shipment and invoicing, the OP module streamlines and effectively manages all aspects of sales
