Product Overview
BOSSgold is comprised of seven integrated
modules: Sales Order Processing, Inventory Control, Account
Receivables, Purchasing and Receiving, Account Payables, Manufacturing
Linkage, and General Ledger. Each of the seven modules may
operate independently or integrated into a single solution. The BOSSgold
solution bridges the gap between customer interaction systems (such as
sales automation, customer service, Web ordering/catalogs, etc.) and
supply chain planning systems (such as APS/APO, DRP, MRP II,
transportation planning, etc.).
BOSSgold is designed for organizations that:

The core of the software is a flexible parameter driven architecture that
may be customized for each business situation. The software
automates tasks such as order scheduling, credit checking and holds,
pricing, invoicing, inventory replenishment, drop shipments, customer
returns, receiving, picking, cycle counting and much more. In
addition, knowledge workers, once freed from their routine tasks, are
able to take advantage of BOSSgold’s planning tools to improve
customer satisfaction and reduce costs. These planning tools
include such things as special pricing, sales analysis,
available-to-promise algorithms, replenishment planning, inventory
reservations and much more.
BOSSgold is applicable to a wide range of industries and
manufacturing modes including wholesale, make-to-stock,
assemble-to-order, configure-to-order, certain process, and mixed
mode. However, manufacturers of durable goods – particularly
electronics, electrical, instruments, power equipment, recreational
